In modern society,environmental protection and renewable energy have become hot issues as important as economic development.As a power system,the energy sources of motor are various,which can reduce pollution or transfer pollution,which is of great significance for environmental protection.Permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used,especially its sensorless control mode,which can well reduce cost and improve reliability.That’s the reason why it has a great value of the research.In this paper,firstly,the model of PMSM is build and analyzed.And the basic elements,operation rules,mathematical basic theory and other knowledge are introduced.The FOC control block diagram of PMSM is built on the Simulink platform.And the simulation is realized,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research.After the basic framework is built,the research status of sensorless algorithm of PMSM at home and abroad is extensively investigated.The mainstream algorithms of medium high speed and low speed are investigated.And the research significance of Luenberger state observer is described.Then the double closed-loop control model of PMSM based on Luenberger state observer is built on the Simulink platform to realize the simulation.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing algorithm,some improvements are proposed,including the improved Luenberger observer combined with the fuzzy adaptive rules.After the simulation again,the data before and after the improvement are compared.And it is found that the improvement indeed helps improve the performance of the observer,which verifies the rationality of the improvement idea.Finally,after the improvement of Luenberger observer and the simulation verification,the hardware circuit of the motor controller is designed,and the control experiment based on the speed observation is carried out for the target PMSM motor.The effectiveness of the algorithm improvement is further verified by the comparison of the results before and after the oblique wave experiment and sine wave experiment.
