The Research And Development Of Intelligent High-voltage Insulation Resistance Tester

The insulation resistance test is one of the simplest and most direct test methods to test the insulation of electrical equipment.Through the insulation resistance test,it can test the penetrating defects and universal defects of electrical equipment effectively.High voltage insulation resistance tester is a portable electrical instrument,which is mainly used to measure the insulation resistance of power systems,large motors,cables and all kinds of electrical equipment and circuits.At present,for most of the High voltage insulation resistance tester,although the measuring accuracy and measuring method is relatively mature,its measurement function is relatively simple,which can only measure the insulation resistance of electrical equipment in electric power system,but can not measure absorption ratio and polarization index of electrical equipment conveniently and expeditiously.With the development of computer technology,microprocessor,such as single chip has been widely used in a variety of electronic products,and the intelligent electronic measuring instrument controlled by microprocessor has been widely used in the power system,the traditional analog instruments will gradually be replaced by electronic measuring instruments,due to their own problems(such as: the need for stability of manual output voltage,reading error caused by testers,smaller measuring range).In order to solve the problems of traditional high voltage insulation resistance tester whose function is less,especially it also can not measure the absorption and polarization index of equipment accurately because of artificial reading error,an intelligent high voltage insulation resistance tester had been developed in this paper.In the light of the test equipment in different level of insulation grade,the intelligent high-voltage insulation resistance tester can provide corresponding high voltage with adjustable high-voltage power supply,to measur insulation resistance of electrical equipment for multiple voltage levels accurately.The intelligent high-voltage insulation resistance tester can measure absorptance and polarization index of testing equipment conveniently and expeditiously using the method of inputing test parameters such as voltage,project,etc by testers,so as to reduce the inconvenience of measuring absorptance and polarization index by traditional high voltage insulation resistance tester and error by timing,reading.In addition,output and storage system of the intelligent high-voltage insulation resistance tester is also being studied in this paper,so test results can be transfor to testers,the man-machine interface has been optimized,it is convenient for testers to record and compare data.
