| Under the background of global energy crisis and environmental problems increasingly prominent,currently the nations of the world regard the development of new energy vehicles as a new direction of future automotive industry development,China has included the new energy automotive industry into "seven strategic emerging industries" too.Urban pure electric buses have significant energy saving effect,and will be the important field of the development and promote of new energy automotive sector.At present,although in our country a part of policies、standards have already put forward in order to specification technical performance indicators of Urban pure electric bus,but the requirement all most based on laboratory environment test results,can’t reflect the actual level of vehicle technical performance,Lead to the requirements does not conform to user needs;In addition,there is no access standard for specification technical performance of urban pure electric bus,can’t effectively standardize the market to ensure the technical level of market in-use vehicle type.Therefore,carry out the research of access for urban pure electric bus’ s technical performance will help to guide and encourage new energy automobile production enterprises to provide good products which accord with the actual needs of the city bus companies,promote the transformation and upgrading of country city bus industry,play a positive role of reduce energy consumption,effectively improve the atmospheric environment.This paper’s main research methods are literature research,interview method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis,model building method.In the case of introduced the research background and research significance,based on literature research,analyzing the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the problems existing in the domestic related research.On this basis,this paper analyze the bus operating company requirements of vehicle technical performance using the method of interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,then,analysing the development level of existing models technical performance.Preliminary explored and established technical performance access index system and conditions of urban pure electric bus which combined with user requirements,then using questionnaire method to optimize the index system and access conditions,put forward the proposal about the index system and access conditions which have 5 primary indicators,16 secondary indicators.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is adopted to establish the evaluation model about the urban pure electric bus’ s technical performance,then,comprehensive evaluate the rationality of the access conditions,the evaluation results is "general",comply with the establish objective of the access conditions.Finally,draws the research conclusions of this paper,proposes the deficiency of the research and forecasts the future research direction. |
