The development of railway technology in our country has been a qualitative breakthrough since the 21 st century,and high speed railway technology has reached the international level.The frog used in main line is bigger and bigger,the most common is 12# frog which is movable,we will also use 18# movable frog if necessary.Switch is an important part of the railway line,it's the vital infrastructure of railway transportation and production,and it's also the key part of the rail safety.As the railway transport is developing to high speed and high duty,we must adopt ZYJ7 external locking speed raising switch in the busy main railway line to meet the safety and efficiency of railway transport requirements.The safety requirements of switch conversion equipment is higher and higher as the railway continues to speed.The affect of switch fault is large compared to other signal equipment fault,it's normal or not directly related to the train operation efficiency and personal safety.Therefore it's the responsibility and obligation of our railway workers to ensure the switch conversion equipment good and handle the fault of switch conversion equipment accurately,quickly and safely.The opening time is not long of Taizhongyin railway,the switch always couldn't switch to the end.By analyzing the switch troubleshooting at the scene,we find the cause of fault is mainly focusing on the binding portions of the public work and electricity duty.Therefore,it's very important to strengthen the coupling portions joint remediation work of public works and electricity duty.Firstly,the thesis introduces the problem of railway switch in our country,it describes the defects of regulating railway switch by electricity workers alone,it illustrates the conception of adjustment by track maintenance division workers and electricity workers together,it is necessary to adjust the switch by track maintenance division workers and electricity workers.Secondly,the thesis describes the structure and working principle of ZYJ7 external locking switch,it also describes the fault types of ZYJ7 electric hydraulic switch machine,it is divided into mechanical fault,circuit fault and electrical fault,we analyze the causes of all types of faults,and we propose approaches of them.Thirdly,the thesis describes the characteristics of ZYJ7 external locking switch,it elaborates that public work and electricity duty need remediate together when the switch is not upright,and it proposes remediation methods and adjustments measures of switch close gad bad.Finally,QC research team is set up to investigate and research the scene,the types of ZYJ7 external locking switch,the amount of ZYJ7 external locking switch and the fault rate of ZYJ7 external locking switch are counted and collected,the maintenance operating procedures are formulated,the measures of final adjustment are proposed.Through the above measures,we get the results of maintaining switch and we consolidate it to reduce the fault rate of ZYJ7 external locking rate,achieving safe production of Taizhongyin railway.
