At the end of 2017,Chinese car production has been the world’s largest for nine years,and China has become the world’s largest car producer.With the gradual popularization of the automobile in the family,people’s demands for the quality,performance and riding comfort of cars are getting higher and higher.As the important interface of information exchange between driver and automobile,automobile integrated instrument is the basis and guarantee for drivers to make decisions for driving safety,economy and environmental protection.The system design based on automobile integrated instrument mainly includes the following contents:(1)The hardware system design of the combined instrument was completed.With STM32F103VET6 as the system design microcontroller,the hardware system design of the four dial forms was realized based on the CAN bus.(2)With Keil μVision 5 as the software design platform,modular design scheme is adopted to realize the system software design of automobile integrated instrument.(3)Based on the in-depth study of the communication theory and communication technology of CAN bus,according to the definition of data link layer and the agreement of vehicle system in SAE J1939 protocol,it is developed as the node in the vehicle——CAN communication software and hardware of automobile integrated instrument.Through a lot of CAN bus communication experiment research and deep analysis of the CAN bus communication in the process of the cause of the problem,the error handling and optimization method of CAN bus communication is given.It provides an important engineering practice experience for automobile integrated instrument of CAN bus,and realizes the CAN bus communication between the CAN bus network node and the whole vehicle CAN network.As the direct medium of information exchange between driver and automobile,automobile integrated instrument plays a vital role in the safe and comfortable driving.The development and design of automobile integrated instrument is more important to promote the development of automobile electronic technology and promote the intelligent and humanization of automobiles. |
