With the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly.Urbanization has gradually replaced old low-rise buildings with high-rise buildings.Elevators have become an irreplaceable part of our daily lives.While people enjoy the convenience of elevators,they are also plagued by elevator safety issues.For this reason,how to monitor the running quality of elevators in real time,and alarm dangerous elevators has become an important issue in the elevator industry.The introduction of this essay describes the background and significance of the elevator running quality monitoring system(ERQMS),introduces the elevator system structure and the common faults of the elevator,and then analyzes the domestic and foreign researches of ERQMS,points out the advantages and disadvantages of their research.To get rid of poor compatibility,low real-time performance and difficult management of traditional ERQMS,this essay researches and designs a high cost-effective monitoring system.The system is mainly composed of three parts,including elevator acceleration data acquisition and transmission,data processing and cloud monitoring platform.The acquisition and transmission of acceleration data uses the STM32F103 microcontroller as the main control unit,which is based on the ARM Cortex M3.The accelerometer MPU6000 is placed on the car monitoring the elevator acceleration data and transmits it to the cloud server in real time through the 4G module SIM7100C.The data processing adopts a-(3 filtering algorithm,which improves the real-time performance of data processing.It realizes timely alarm for elevators in emergencies,and provides an early warning function to elevators with potential operational problems,which helps reduce the frequency of elevator accidents.The monitoring platform is a set of Web service applications built on the cloud server.Based on the Flask framework,the monitoring platform can display the current running status of elevators in real time,which facilitates maintenance personnel to monitor elevators at anytime and anywhere to handle elevator safety issues in a timely manner.This essay completed the hardware design and software implementation of the ERQMS.After experimental tests,the ERQMS can monitor the elevator operation quality and improve the safety factor of the elevator.
