Nowadays,the problem of population aging is increasingly serious in China.How to ensure the safety of the elderly at home has become one of the most important research directions of the current smart home care.There are two main solutions,home monitoring camera and smart wearable devices.However,they are not perfect for many limitations.For example,privacy violation may happen by using home monitoring camera,and wearable devices can only monitor the health data of the elderly.This thesis designs an intelligent home care system basing on various types of sensors,aiming to address the shortcomings of the existing intelligent home care system.The intelligent home care system designed in this thesis uses a variety of sensors placed at home to monitor the behaviors of the elderly.It can monitor the number of people in the room,identifying and judging geriatric abnormal acts,such as their eating behavior,night outing behavior,sleep behavior and static behavior.In addition,behavior reports generated during the process would pop up on family APP immediately.This thesis will use a data-driven and logical reasoning method to realize these functions.Various types of algorithms are applied to do probabilistic statistical reasoning,in the meanwhile,all possible activity models are clearly defined.Besides,sensor data will be converted into logical terms and formulas to make sure the normal operation of all activities.The main research content is as follows:(1)Three kinds of algorithms are designed using various types of sensor data:indoor population judgment algorithm,behavior identification algorithm,and behavior abnormality judgment algorithm.When an old man stays at home alone,the system can identify his behaviors,such as eating,sleeping,going out,etc.,and judging whether there are any abnormalities in these behaviors and family members of the old man can check his state at any time.(2)Design and develop smart home gateway SmartCareService application program based on Android system.This program uses a layered and modular scheme to implement communication services and data analysis and processing.Data collection of sensors is partly achieved by communication service,which also enables the connection of sensor network with the Internet.Data analysis and processing utilizes acquired sensor data to realize indoor population judgment algorithm,behavior identification algorithm and behavior abnormality judgment algorithm.This thesis is intended for a low-cost,high-reliability family intelligent home care monitoring system,and conducts a deep research in system design and algorithm design.At present,this system has been preliminarily completed and is in an inner testing stage.
