With the development of modern information technology,a new era of interconnection of everything is coming.The popularity of smart homes based on the Internet of Things is accelerating and expanding.As a part of outfit output,doors and windows in the development of smart homes began to play an increasingly significant role.At present,most of the home windows and doors control systems are one-to-one control,can not be connected with other intelligent equipment control,can not achieve remote networking control and can not remotely monitor the operating state of windows and doors,and the lack of intelligent folder and other security protection.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies and designs an intelligent monitoring and control system of windows and doors based on Internet of Things.The goal of this project is to develop a set of personalized intelligent monitoring and control system of windows and doors.The system can control windows and doors efficiently and safely,monitor the important parameters of windows and doors in real time,and bring users a safe,convenient and efficient experience of smart home.Based on the above analysis,the following work shall be carried out:(1)Studied the smart home architecture,studied the smart home platform,combined with the Xiaomi IOT platform,designed the smart door and window scheme and the overall structure of the smart door and window,which can not only be independently controlled by the family unit,but also be connected to the Xiaomi ecology to realize information sharing and interconnection.(2)Research the anti pinch control strategy of doors and windows,design the current detection anti pinch scheme of the driving motor,and realize the intelligent anti pinch of doors and windows combined with the anti pinch algorithm of doors and windows.(3)Study the angle control scheme of doors and windows,design the angle detection and window opening angle control method based on angle sensor,and realize the opening and closing angle control of doors and windows.(4)System hardware design and software implementation: research and design the system power supply circuit with high-frequency switching power supply circuit as the core,the main control MCU and its peripheral circuit design,and the door and window control system circuit design.Realize the remote control communication program,analyze the anti pinch algorithm and software implementation,and realize the angle monitoring control and software remote upgrade.(5)Realize the development of Xiaomi IOT platform and the development of interface and function of mobile app extension program.(6)Build an intelligent door and window test platform,test the system function,analyze the test results and improve the scheme.By combining the Xiaomi IOT platform and conducting long-term joint tests with various devices of Mijia,the results show that the designed intelligent door and window monitoring and control system can effectively control the doors and windows remotely,effectively intelligently prevent clamping,and realize centralized control of devices.It can convey device information to the user’s mobile app through Wi Fi reporting,can stably connect to the Xiaomi Internet of things platform,and achieve intelligent interconnection with other devices on the Xiaomi platform,The expected design goal has been achieved. |
