| With the development of modern society and the improvement of the national economy,meter reading is becoming more and more complex.The traditional meter reading method can no longer meet people’s needs.In order to make mor e convenient,accurate and timely reading and management for user electricity consumption,to realize automation,network ing of power meter reading,to know more about user power consumption,time distribution,load curve and so on,to improve the utilization rate and economic benefit of electricity,a smart meter reading system based on LoRa is designed in this paper.Firstly,this paper introduces the development background of the system,analyzes the research status of the meter reading system at home and abroad,and compares several kinds of meter reading methods.According to the relevant standards of the national grid and the needs o f the enterprises,the performance requirements and functional requirements of the intelligent meter collection system are analyzed,and the overall design block diagram of the intelligent meter reading system based on LoRa is given.Secondly,the hardware design of the meter reading system based on LoRa is designed,and the overall hardware block diagram is given.The hardware of the system mainly includes LoRa table communication module,LoRa repeater module and LoRa routing module.Considering the maximu m frequency of MCU and the core of the device,in this design,the MCU of the LoRa concentrator routing module is the MK20DN512VLL10 chip,and the LoRa table end module and the LoRa repeater module MCU are selected as R7F0C902.The RF chip used in this des ign is SX1278 chip,which has long transmission distance and low power consumption.According to the hardware design block diagram of the intelligent meter reading system based on LoRa,the hardware circuit of each module is expounded in detail.Thirdly,the software of the meter reading system based on LoRa is designed,and the general design block diagram of the system software is given.The software design of the system mainly includes communication protocol design,path detection process design,path detection command frame analysis,meter reading process design,TDMA slot synchronization design and wireless conflict detection design.The flow chart and description of each design are given.Finally,according to the national grid standards and the requir ements of enterprises,the basic functions and performances of intelligent meter reading system based on LoRa are tested.The test results show that the basic functions and performance of intelligent meter reading system based on LoRa meet the requirements,which is in line with the expected design goals. |
