Research On The Interchange Planning Of Baoshan Southeast Ring Expressway In Yunnan Province

The Belt and Road Initiative and BCIM economic corridor are another two important strategic conceptions of China's opening up,and at the same time,they're also important deployment of China to face Southeast Asia,South Asia and Central Asia to form a new pattern of all-round regional economic cooperation.Baoshan city of Yunnan province is not only the fortress of the Southern Silk Road,but also a necessary place for the new Silk Road Economic Belt and the important channel for the interconnection among China,Bangladesh,India and Burma,which thus makes the city strategically important.With the Belt and Road steadily pushing forward,Baoshan enters an unprecedented period of development.As the first army of the urban development of Baoshan city,Baoshan Southeast ring expressway of transit has finished it's early work,the reconstruction of the Baoshan section of National Highway G320(Baoshan to Pupiao Township),in june 2016.Now comes the late work,which mainly lies on planning and building the interchange area,whose planning and design,therefore,must fully cooperate with the long-term planning of the road network and the construction speed of the city to get the best location and interchange type.This paper firstly introduces the whole construction of Baoshan southeast ring expressway of transit and the background of selecting the topic.Then,based on the survey of the planning and design of interchange at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of this interchange planning are explained.Secondly,it respectively discusses the location and spacing of the interchange after analyzing the location of important nodes and investigating and collecting the basic information of Longyang District,Baoshan City like the transportation planning,natural conditions,population,economy,urban layout,land resources and so on.Thirdly,this paper focuses on the analysis and research of the content and method in selecting the interchange type of Baoshan southeast ring expressway.In this paper,the cluster analysis of 7 typical three road interchange types is carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of each basic form and their applicable conditions are summarized.Combined with the specific circumstances of the project,the rationality,economy,and the unity of the interchange design are fully demonstrated in the way of comparative analy sis.The ideas of type selection and the design comparison of two representative interchange projects are mainly analyzed.It provides a simple and practical method for the later similar interchange type selection.Finally,the above two representative interchange projects are selected to prove the standardization and feasibility of the design by briefly analyzing the horizontal and vertical design and visual range of its main line,linear designing and safety of its ramp and the layout of its speed change lane.
