Design And Development Of Automobile Virtual Assembly Training System

With the development of economy and technology,many problems in vocational skills training have been improved in our country.However,Chinese traditional automobile assembly vocational skills training is still difficult to achieve individualized teaching,lack of attraction of training methods,high training cost,poor training quality and so on.The emergence of Virtual reality(VR)technology provides a new model for the training of automobile assembly skills,which allows trainees to learn and simulate their vocational skills in virtual assembly scene.The purpose of this thesis is to design and develop a virtual training system platform for young apprentices to improve their automobile assembly skills based on virtual reality technology.First of all,based on the analysis of the educational theory foundation of the design and development of the system,the teaching design of the automobile virtual assembly training system is completed.Secondly,according to the design principle of the virtual training system,the key elements of the automobile virtual assembly training system are designed.Thirdly,based on the analysis of theory and the design of teaching system,the design of system function and frame pattern is completed.Then,we use 3ds Max to construct the scene model of the virtual training system,and the virtual reality function module based on Unity3 D engine,realized the development of the function module of theory learning,3D demonstration and practice simulation,and completed the development of the automobile assembly training system based on virtual reality technology.Finally,we used questionnaires and interviews to investigate the satisfaction of the system trial,and verified the effectiveness of the system through the contrast experiment.The virtual assembly training system of automobile can help the young apprentice of automobile assembly to raise the consciousness of standard assembly,to learn the knowledge of automobile assembly and to master the skill of automobile assembly,which is of great significance for the traditional training of automobile assembly.The design and development method of automobile virtual assembly training is of great significance for the application of modern education and teaching theory to the development of related education and teaching products using virtual reality technology.
