Prestressed I-beam with special-shaped concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)flanges is a new type of composite structures. It can make full use of the advantages of steel structure characteristics, core concrete compression resistance, prestressing technology and space combination structure, and hence the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite members is improved. In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of the state of I-beam with rectangular CFST flange I-beam,numerical simulation method is used to systematically analyze and study the mechanical behavior of non-uniform torsion of prestressed I-beams with special-shaped CFST flange. This article mainly has the following aspects of work:(1)The structural design of the special-shaped cross-section of I-beam with prestressed special-shaped special-shaped cross-section is carried out.Several special-shaped cross-sections such as rectangular steel tube concrete flanges, triangular steel tube concrete flanges, hollow rectangular steel tube concrete flanges and composite flanges were designed.(2)Different prefabricated cables were designed for the I-beams with different cross-sections of shaped steel-concrete flanges.Several different cable arrangements were designed for each section.Through the finite element analysis, the most reasonable form of cable can be obtained under different cross sections.(3)Analyze the mechanical behavior of the beam constrained torsion in the optimal deployment scheme.By adjusting the different parameters of the beam, the effects of factors such as material strength, flange parameters of the steel pipe, parameters of the profiled cross-section of the beam, and the magnitude of the initial prestress force on the mechanical properties of the confined torsion of the prestressed concrete-concrete tubular steel-pipe concrete are analyzed.Compare the main parameters.Provide the basis for future research and engineering applications.
