Simply supported T-shaped girder bridge is favored because of its clear force, simple structure and convenient construction. However, due to many man-made and objective factors and deficiencies in the detection and maintenance of bridges, existing bridges often operate with damage due to overuse. These damages will reduce the bearing capacity of bridges, reduce the service life of bridges, and seriously affect the safety and durability of bridges, and even lead to sudden destruction and collapse of bridges. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the damaged bridges under the moving load. The main research work is as follows:(1)According to the literature and theoretical research, set up a Simply supported T beam bridge finite element model, compared with finite element results with the transverse distribution coefficient by rigid beam method was modified, proved the rationality of research.(2)According to the simply supported T beam bridge transverse distribution of damage location and damage extent of the different division of various conditions, finite element model was established.By calculating the value of transverse load distribution of each girder of each condition, and compared with the numerical damage cases.(3)Numerical simulation is used to analyze the existing crack growth.Based on the location and quantity of the existing cracks, the corresponding models are established, and the variation of the crack width is discussed.(4)The velocity of moving load is changed, and the influence of the moving speed on the width of the crack growth is analyzed. On the basis of the expansion of the slanting cracks, the influence of the slanted cracks is discussed.According to the simulation results, the damage development of the damaged simple supported T beam bridge under the moving load can be estimated. It is of certain guiding significance for the evaluation and reconstruction of the existing bridge structures.
