| Society is developing and times are improving.Power grid capacity is increasing,especially in the industrial,economically developed areas is particularly evident.The requirements of multi-function electrical parameter testing instrument are also higher and higher.How to collect parameters such as voltage,current,power,power factor and so on quickly and accurately,and how to monitor and manage these parameters in real time has become a crucial problem.This design adopts sampling and measuring technology,and designs a multifunction electric parameter test instrument.In the sampling circuit,the AD582 is used to hold the parameters,and the analog switch CD4051 is sent into the A/D converter AD574 A to complete the analog to digital conversion.The MCU AT89S51 measurement and calculation of the electrical parameters,and the use of voltage comparator to achieve the ultra range automatic conversion,buzzer realize over range alarm,the final LCD1602 displays the parameter value,at the same time can communicate through GPIB,in between the sampling end and the microcontroller,for optocoupler isolation,reduce system error.This paper introduces the sampling principle,the electric parameter measurement algorithm,and emphasizes the design of the hardware circuit of each part,and finally,the system runs normally with the software programming. |
