Urban public space is an indispensable part in the process of urban development.Whether in the space structure or in the city role,it plays an irreplaceable role,which not only depends on the characteristics of the urban public space itself,but also is determined by the characteristics of urban development.Therefore,the development of urban public space is the product of urban development to a certain extent and an important carrier of various activities for urban residents in their daily life,which is of great significance to the life of urban residents.With the continuous development of China’s economy and the constant reform of economic structure in recent years,the government has begun to invest a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out urban construction.With the development of national urbanization,the national urban reform is changing with each passing day.And as the face of a city,the construction of public space is particularly important.Although the construction of public space facilitates people’s life and enriches people’s amateur way of life,there are still many problems during the development of urban public space,However,due to the need of urban development of public space,the demand for urban development is becoming stronger,and the construction of urban public space has also received more and more people’s attention.In the process of urban public space development,the existing problems can be divided into two main categories.One is that the public space may occupy green space in the process of public space development.Although the construction of public space facilitates people’s lives,the occupation of green space affects people’s normal life to a certain extent.Secondly,when people develop public space,they neglect the development of details,which leads to the fact that they are serving the residents,but being hesitant to pay attention to the construction of details.So people’s satisfaction is greatly reduced.Chapter 1,as the theoretical basis of the full text,through the analysis of the current research situation on the topic of the paper,studies the relevant theories.Chapter 2 is a cognitive research on the publicity problem of urban public space,specifically,about the related concept and characteristics of urban public space publicity.Chapter 3,taking Changsha city public space as the research object,investigates and analyzes the present situation of Changsha city public space,and finds out that the "publicity" has been neglected in the actual planning and design,resulting in the lack of interaction between public space and people;the paper deeply analyzes the internal relationship between publicity and urban public space,and puts forward the idea to integrate the publicity idea into the design of Changsha urban public space.Chapter 4 and 5 study the causes of the lack of publicity,the public consumption needs,the role of urban planning in controlling the construction of public spaces,coordinating the needs of different subjects,increasing interpersonal linkages,giving priority to the development of public transport,diversifying investment and development models,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system of urban public space.
