Research On The Organizational Paradigm Of Joint Creation In The Transformation Of Public Space In Changsha Old Communities

In the process of rapid socio-economic development and urbanization renewal,there are many problems in the community,as the basic unit of urban residents’ life,such as environmental deterioration,lack of management,disappearance of traditional culture and community culture and so on.In the sector of urban healthy development,building a community based on collabora tion,participation and common interests is an important part of renovation of old residential communities under the new situation of stock development.The subject of this paper is public space of old residential communities.Based on the theories of collaboration and community management,it takes four typical cases of the process of collaboration of public space of old residential communities in Changsha as an example.This paper analyzes the practical path,design and problems of urban community transf ormation in Changsha in recent years,summarizes the paradigm of collaboration of public space of old residential communities,and provides positive help for the guidance,control and management of public space transformation of old communities in Changsha in the future.At the same time,it also provides theoretical and practical support for the transformation planning of the same type of old residential communities.The first chapter is "determining the argument",which focuses on the research background,relevant theories and relevant research progress at home and abroad,draws forth the content,purpose and significance of this paper,and puts forward the feasible technical path;The second and third chapters are "analysis and diagnosis".The second chapter analyzes the background of community development and public service facilities in Changsha,and discusses the existing problems and urgency to transform public space of old residential communities in Changsha.The third chapter takes the transformatio n practice of the collaboration model of four typical communities in Changsha as an example,compares realistic characteristics,working path and organizational logic of the transformation practice of public space of old residential communities in Changsha,so as to sort out the crux of the collaboration mode of public space of old residential communities in terms of space demand,governance methods,planning and construction,etc;The fourth chapter is "paradigm induction".Based on theory and case analysi s,the core is to sort out and construct the collaboration mode of community public space transformation in Changsha,and form the collaboration mode in view of the classified participation of community groups and the whole process CDPIM implementation pa radigm based on the two plates of goal construction and realization path;The fifth chapter is "problem-solving demonstration".Through the practice of applying CDPIM model in the transformation of public space in Jiayuan community of Changsha,this chapter analyzes the implementation results of CDPIM model in the transformation of community public space in an all-round way,and proves that CDPIM model can provide a useful supplement for the transformation,management and implementation methods of public s pace in old communities.On the basis of summarizing the research content,the research conclusion of this paper focuses on the important node tasks in the collaboration mode of transformation of public space in old communities,and discusses the shortcom ings and prospects of this paper.
