With the rapid economic growth of our country,the development scale of natural gas is also getting larger and larger.Because of its clean,safe and low cost,natural gas is more and more widely used in our country.Has been transported from the gas pipeline to thousands of households.But because the gas pipeline is buried in the ground and the laying time is earlier,the section where the pipeline is laid is not clearly marked.With the passage of time,the damage of underground gas pipeline caused by corrosion,third party external force damage,natural disasters and other factors is more and more.The damaged gas pipeline will not only cause the partial failure of the pipeline,but also cause the emergency of the gas transmission and distribution network,which will cause hidden danger to the social security.According to the statistical proportion,corrosion leakage and third party damage are the main reasons of gas pipeline leakage accidents,and also the main factors of emergency situation of gas transmission and distribution network in a mega-city.At present,the emergency repair of gas transmission and distribution network in a mega-city is increasing year by year.How to deal with the accident quickly and safely is a major problem faced by the gas industry.Therefore,through a large number of visits and investigations,this paper collects gas leakage accident cases to extract the disposal process of gas leakage accidents,at the same time,puts forward a new emergency repair mode of pre-disposal team plus emergency repair team,and discusses it in detail.The improved Dijkstra algorithm is used to optimize the route planning for the gas emergency disposal personnel to make the shortest time to reach the accident scene.Finally,the gas leakage emergency disposal model is established with the help of the AnyLogic software.The standardized process of emergency disposal of gas leakage and the new emergency repair mode of pre-treatment team plus emergency repair team are verified.In this paper,the steel gas pipeline leakage incidents as the research object,in order to standardize the emergency disposal process of gas leakage,improve the disposal efficiency as the purpose,mainly carried out the following three aspects of work:The first is to read a large number of gas leakage accident cases,visit the site and research,extract gas leakage emergency disposal process and make it standardized.On this basis,a new mode of emergency repair is put forward,which is composed of pre-disposal team and emergency repair team,and it is discussed in detail.Finally,the process and personnel are decomposed into emergency disposal cards.The second is based on the improved Dijkstra algorithm for gas emergency disposal personnel path optimization,the introduction of adjacency matrix,time weights,improved Dijkstra algorithm,so that gas emergency disposal personnel to arrive at the site the shortest time.Third,the innovative work of this paper is based on the theoretical modeling of Agent,combined with the standardized process of emergency treatment of gas leakage and the pre-emergency treatment team plus emergency repair team new mode of emergency repair.The whole process and the new repair mode are simulated on the AnyLogic platform.Theprocess,repair mode and the optimal path obtained by the improved Dijkstra algorithm are verified in the model,and the results of the exercise are obtained,and the improved methods are put forward according to the results of the drill,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent practical implementation.
