Airports are the hubs of civil aviation,which play an important role in civil aviation transportation.At the same time,airports are also the areas where civil aviation incidents happen most frequently.After the accidents happen,to meet the purpose of reducing the casualties and economic loss as much as possible,the fast response,efficient work and coordination of all rescue department are indispensable to the rescue process.In order to deal with the bad effect to rescue process caused by rescue departments' out-of-order moving,the coordination of all the rescue units' path is optimized.The target which contains the prescribed order of rescue crew,the fast response of all units and high efficiency of rescue process is realized.First of all,the relevant laws and regulations of airport emergency rescue are studied.On this basis,the coordination mechanism in the process of airport emergency rescue is studied,and the collaborative optimization objectives are determined.Secondly,the model of airport emergency rescue and its calculation method are studied.The digital model of the airport rescue road is established.The influence of pre order task on the post order task is described with a variable weights connectivity matrix.For the purpose of calculating the collaborative optimization scheme of emergency rescue process,an airport emergency rescue coordination time model is constructed based on the airport digital model and variable weights connectivity matrix.Thirdly,the computational efficiency of the time model is improved by the two directions of the optimization in path search algorithm,level abstraction and heuristic filtering.Finally,a software platform of airport emergency coordination organization simulation is designed.According to the different accident situations,with the help of the airport emergency rescue time model,the software can achieve the functions of calculating the collaborative optimization scheme,the visual display of the rescue plan,analysis and comparison between different rescue schemes of the same accident,etc.The practicability of the mode is verified by an example of an accident on the Shuofang airport in Wuxi.Through the simulation of real rescue cases,it can be seen that all the rescuevehicles and personnel work in the sequence of the priority level of their tasks,and the paths of all the rescue units are in collaboration and order.It is indicated that the airport emergency rescue time model can simulate the process of airport rescue and realize the optimization of rescue organization.All the research above can provide some reference resources for the topic of the collaborative optimization in other kind of accidents.
