This paper studies the polymer thin slip resistance(Anti-skidding Thin Surface by Polymer Modified,referred to as ASPM),is based on the micro surfacing technology,design and development of a multi functional practical anti slide layer structure can comprehensively and quickly restore the function of the road surface at the same time,ensure the pavement skid resistance and durability.Provide technical support for the surface structure of road safety.In the second chapter describes the classification of surface characteristics of pavement,pavement friction mechanism was studied,three kinds of contact modes of tire and Pavement interface,the boundary layer lubrication friction contact,elastic hydrodynamic lubrication friction contact and squeeze film lubrication are analyzed in detail.In addition,also from the vehicle dynamics principle,explains the importance of the anti sliding coefficient of transverse force,and discusses the micro and macro structures as the main influencing factors on the role of road pavement.In this paper,the mix design of anti sliding thin layer mixture is carried out by orthogonal test of gradation type(gradation 1,2,3),emulsion dosage level(5%,10%,15%),powder content level(25%,30%,35%)three factor three level.Micro surfacing technology based on the concept of 9 groups with different ratio of polymer thin slip resistance(ASPM-?)of the pavement performance evaluation and study the law of anti slide performance degradation,influence of gradation type,emulsion content level,powder dosage level of ASPM-? and the road performance and long term anti sliding performance the.Finally,a comprehensive comparative analysis is made to get the recommended formula of ASPM-?.Research shows that: ASPM-? wear resistance is mainly affected by the powder content,followed by gradation,influenced by the emulsion content level is not obvious;the 3 gradation design that has the minimum wear,wear the best performance;wear resistance with the increase of ASPM-? powder dosage increased.In addition,the grade 3 ASPM-? has good water stability,grade 1,grade 2 is the worst;quality of emulsion dosage levels on water stability ASPM-? order: 10% best,15% times,5% of the worst;powder dosage levels for water stability 35%.The anti sliding performanceof ASPM-? is mainly influenced by the level of powder content and the type of gradation,and the effect of emulsion on it is not obvious.The maximum swing value and the structure depth are obtained by the ASPM-? formed by the graded 2.In addition,the anti sliding performance of ASPM-? decreases with the increase of the content of the powder.Through the water seepage test,it is found that the 9 groups of ASPM-? mixture with different mix ratio are not permeable,which shows that the polymer modified anti slide thin layer has good waterproof property.From the analysis,the influence of gradation type,emulsion dosage and powder dosage on the rutting resistance of ASPM-? is obvious,and the influence of the level of emulsion dosage is the most prominent.The three factors that affect the rutting performance of emulsion are obvious.The rutting resistance of the mixture with grade 1 is the best,the gradation is2 times and the gradation 3 is the worst.The deformation rate of the wheel track width of the ASPM-? mixture increases with the increase of the content of the emulsion,that is,the anti rutting decrease.The deformation rate of the wheel track width of the ASPM-? mixture increases with the increase of the content of the powder.Finally,the long-term skid resistance performance of ASPM-? is studied through indoor simulation test and accelerated loading polishing test.The Asymptotic model is applied to study the attenuation law of skid resistance.It was found that the anti slide performance was reduced greatly at early stage and then slowed down.Asymptotic model is used to fit the change of pendulum value,and the correlation coefficient is very high,and all are above 0.95.
