As the main force component of the suspension bridge,the linear control of the main cable is the key.For a suspension bridge with a wire rope as the main cable,the nonlinear change of the elastic modulus of the wire rope and the internal force will affect the main cable shape,which will make it difficult to calculate and control the linear shape.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the influence of nonlinear changes in the elastic modulus and internal force of the wire rope on the main cable shape of the wire rope.This article mainly did the following work:(1)Through case studies,it was found that when the main cable material is a steel wire rope,if the nonlinear characteristic of the elastic modulus of the main cable is not taken into consideration,the final bridging line shape will sink.Therefore,it is necessary to raise the main cable in advance during construction of the air cable type.Cross midpoint elevation.(2)Through the factory test,the nonlinear variation law of the elastic modulus of the steel wire rope is summarized.Taking the Songpo Bridge as an example,the relationship between the elastic modulus and the internal force of the main cable wire is shown as a non-linear change diagram to analyze the linear calculation control..(3)According to the relationship between the elastic modulus of steel wire rope and the non-linear change of internal force,the calculation formula for the elongation of the main cable is revised,and the "equivalence" required for the calculation of the main cable when considering the nonlinear change of the elastic modulus of the main cable is summarized.The "modulus of elasticity" method has improved the main cable shape calculation method.(4)Apply the modified main cable shape calculation method to engineering examples based on field data,and compare it with the line shape calculated without considering the nonlinear change of the main cable's elastic modulus,and verify that the wire rope is used as the main cable.Considering the nonlinearity of the elastic modulus and the internal force,the necessity of correction of the main cable alignment is considered.(5)The method of controlling the main cable shape under the influence of the non-linear change of material is discussed,which provides a reference for the linear construction control of similar conditions in the future.This paper mainly uses the theoretical analysis as the basis,the field data as the guide,and the numerical simulation as the reference.The research on the main cable shape control when considering the nonlinear change of the elastic modulus of the main rope of the steel wire rope summarizes the related laws and experiences to facilitate the future practice and use.
