Study On The Close Intersections Safety Of City Road Based On Traffic Conflicts Technique

Intersection is an important node in urban road network,and its security has always been the focus of scholars.Distance intersection as the intersection of a special combination form,to its security,ensure the operation of the urban road network in efficiency and guarantee the safety of road users has very important significance.However,at present,the domestic and foreign research on the safety of the intersection more focused on the single point of intersection,the lack of this kind of combination for close intersections safety research,also the lack of specific decision criteria for close intersection.At the same time,the traditional safety research method is based on the accident itself,and there are many deficiencies.As a method of non-accident statistics,traffic conflict technology has made up for the defects of traditional research methods.Therefore,this paper selects the near distance intersection as the research object,and studies the safety of close intersections based on the technology of traffic conflict.Firstly,based on the method of kinematics and conflict,this paper makes a decision on the close intersections,and puts forward the quantitative recommendation value of the close intersection.At the same time,based on the application research of traffic conflicts at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the potential traffic conflicts and the severity discrimination of the near intersections.Secondly,according to the data obtained from the survey,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the conflict of the close intersections by using the grey correlation entropy analysis method,and obtains the traffic volume,the proportion of the left turn vehicle,the proportion of the large car and the maximum number of change lanes,which has a large impact on the traffic conflict,and the influence order of these four factors is that the ratio of the traffic volume is greater than the proportion of the left-turn vehicle,which is greater than the maximum number of vehicles.At the same time,the relationship between these four factors and traffic conflicts is further explored by means of survey data and simulation.The results obtained are that in terms of traffic flow,the ratio of traffic volume,left-turn vehicle ratio and the proportion of large vehicles and traffic conflicts are strongly correlated and significantly higher.In terms of road conditions,the number of change times is positively correlated with traffic conflicts.Then,select the conflict has effect on the characteristic of traffic flow,road conditions both contains factors and the seriousness of the traffic conflict discrimination parameters,close intersection safety evaluation index system is established,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the closer to evaluate the safety of the intersection.Finally,based on the analysis of the evaluation results and influencing factors,the measures and Suggestions for improving signal timing,channel and management in the near distance intersection are put forward.The simulation results show that the improvement measures can improve the efficiency and safety of the intersections.In this paper,the research results,can be in response to the intersection traffic conflict from close range to provide some reference,to make up for city close the shortage of the intersection safety research,to better improve the security of urban road network has a certain significance.
