Global energy crisis is becoming increasingly prominent.Energy conservation has become a responsibility we must undertake.Building energy consumption accounts for a high proportion of the total energy consumption of the society.It is an important area of energy saving and emission reduction.Building energy conservation is imperative.There are many factors involved in building energy conservation.One of the most important factors is whether the option of building energy conservation is reasonable.The rationality of energy saving scheme directly affects the realization of building energy saving.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the energy saving scheme.Firstly,this paper is based on the BIM technology to analyze the energy consumption of the building.A representative residential building in Shijiazhuang area is the research object.Ecotect software is used to simulate the energy consumption.The influence of single factor on energy consumption is analyzed.As a reference for the index system of function evaluation.The optimization direction of the energy saving scheme is determined.Secondly,the optimization level of energy saving is analyzed by orthogonal test.Select a number of energy saving schemes to be evaluated for less energy consumption.Thirdly,building an evaluation model of energy saving scheme based on improved value engineering.The function evaluation index system is set up to determine the function coefficient by building the structure characteristic,the thermal performance of the enclosure structure,the comprehensive energy consumption and the fireproof performance.The cost coefficient is determined by the life cycle cost.The energy saving scheme is evaluated through the value coefficient.The maximum value coefficient is the optimal scheme.Finally,take a residential building in Shijiazhuang for example.Several energy saving schemes are selected as the research object of the improved value engineering.It is analyzed and evaluated.Verify the feasibility of the model,and get a scientific and reasonable conclusion.The decision maker provides reference.
