| With the intensification of environmental pollution and energy crisis,more and more countries are vigorously promoting the new energy industry.Electric vehicle as a representative product of the new energy industry has won wide attention from the market and users.The construction and supervision of electric vehicle charging pile plays a decisive role in the popularization of electric vehicles.The charging pile today have a shortage of information acquisition led to the improper supervision and communication technology obsolete led to the excessive energy consumption and other practical problems,solve these problems will indirectly promote the development of new energy vehicles.This Firstly,by comparing the research status at home and abroad,and comparing the commonly used charging pile communication technology,we determined the narrow bandwidth and low speed network as the communication network type of charging pile in this paper.Combined with factors such as charging pile working environment,we compare and analyze the performance and service environment of three low rate networks,such as Zigbee,narrow-band Internet of things(NB-IoT)and Lo Ra,and conclude that narrow-band Internet of things as a communication technology of charging pile wireless communication network is more appropriate.Taking the narrow-band Internet of things technology as the core,the system’s topology,transmission process and transmission protocol are designed.In the topology structure,the system is divided into data acquisition layer,communication network layer,management platform layer,and the three layers are hardware and software design.In the aspect of hardware design,the hardware circuit of the data acquisition terminal and the hardware interface circuit of the NB-IoT communication module are designed.In the software aspect,the first design of the data collection algorithm,then use Java EE to the design of management platform,data crudfunctions,finally by calling the cloud processor API and PC data exchange,data persistence check operation and collection of data,so as to realize the communication between the management platform by NB-IoT and data acquisition.The result of the system function test shows that the system structure can realize the collection and remote supervision of the charging pile and related data. |
