More than 90% of the formed towns in our country are through the city-style layout and construction of transit highways,and in a certain period of time to promote the economic development of villages and towns,and gradually become the economic axis of villages and towns,but with the development of villages and towns,along the transit highway layout of the drawbacks gradually emerged,"road economy" phenomenon is serious,traffic disorder,various modes of transport mixed,which seriously affect the road capacity and greatly increase the traffic safety hazards.The study of traffic safety guarantee technology in villages and towns is not only the development of urbanization,but also the necessary requirement of constructing new countryside,and it is not only the precondition of vigorously developing rural economy,releasing rural vigor,but also the policy requirement of comprehensively implementing well-off society and alleviating poverty.It is of great significance to solve the traffic safety problem of the road.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of road passing through villages and towns,determines the research objectives of this paper,and summarizes the traffic characteristics of the road passing through villages and towns through a field investigation of some villages and towns.On the basis of case analysis and characteristic summary of traffic accidents in villages and towns,traffic impact factors are analyzed from the aspects of people,cars,roads,environment,and management,respectively.It provides a theoretical basis for the research of speed management technology and traffic safety guarantee technology of highway passing through villages and towns.Secondly,by expounding the related concepts of speed management and combining with some scholars' research on the model of determining the speed limit of the village and town road,the paper puts forward the scheme of determining the speed limit of the village and town section,and based on the The relationship between the expected overtaking probability and the overtaking speed is studied.The limit value of the curve is managed under the constraint of traffic stability to ensure the traffic safety at the bend.Finally,under the guidance of the road safety design concept of the village and town road,the paper studies the road condition and traffic facilities of the village and town road separately.In terms of road conditions,three different modes of transit road reconstruction are put forward firstly,and secondly,the road side safety design of village and town road sections is carried out respectively from the separation of road houses,the treatment of surrounding environment,the side ditch and the road shoulder.At last,the safety design is carried out from the aspects of the distance between the joints and the geometric design elements of the entrance.In traffic facilities,first we conduct the research on the speed control facilities,focusing on the deceleration zone,deceleration,deceleration vibration marking set parameters,applicable conditions and effects were analyzed and summarized,in order to speed facilities layout of town roads provide reference value for the rural residents.Road crossing safety problems,setting conditions of rural road plane crossing facilities,location and reasonable spacing are studied,and the lighting facilities,separated with facilities are analyzed,and finally puts forward some policy suggestions of traffic safety management,through the implementation of traffic safety facilities design and safety management measures,to create a safe Town Road Segment traffic environment.Finally,based on the case of Chongqing's S104 Road(Changnan Bridge to Dahe Bay section),applying the speed management technologies and all kinds of traffic safety guarantee technologies in the practical roads.
