Study On The Intelligent Management Model Of Road Transportation

In 2014,the Ministry of Transport proposed four transportation constructions,of which smart transportation is the key,and road transport is an important component of smart transportation construction.It serves as a basic leading industry for national economic and social development,in the fields of social development and public services.The role is particularly important.Among them,the road transport administrative department is the management body of road transport,and its management methods and service levels are closely related to social and economic development and social life.With the rapid advancement of information technology,a new way to enhance the level of road transport administration and management services and realize information sharing between the road transportation administrative departments and the public is to use the technologies of big data,artificial intelligence and internet of things to build a road management intelligence management platform.At the level of government affairs and decision-making,we will manage the road transportation administration with wisdom.In the new environment supported by new technologies,the key to improving the efficiency of administrative management of road transport from a new perspective is to discover the deficiencies in the administrative management of road transport,to find new perspectives that need reform,and to analyze the new connotations brought about by new perspectives and existing On the basis of management methods,we will build a road management and wisdom management model.This article mainly uses the combination of theoretical research and empirical research.It takes the wisdom management of road transport administration as the research object and constructs the road management wisdom management model.First of all,it defines the connotation of intelligent management of road transport administration and analyzes its characteristics.Second,it analyzes the existing problems and causes of road transportation management on the basis of studying the current status of road transport administration management.Then,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of managing road management wisdom.On the premise of sexuality,it points out the goals and key links of building a road management wisdom management model;Again,combining the new public management theory,it constructs a road management wisdom management model,which includes three modules: information management,government affairs management and decision management.At the information management level,it mainly constructs a road management and wisdom management platform,systematically integrates the business communications departments involved in the road transport administrative department,integrates business data,places it on a unified platform,and shares and exchanges real-time resources.To realize integrated operation and management;To study collaborative management at the government level;to reorient the role of the management department and the public;To reengineer the business process of the road transportation management department;To streamline the department structure;To improve the efficiency and service level of the administrative management;Demand-oriented research on strategic management,from the perspective of conventional decision-making issues and unconventional decision-making issues,has designed a decision-making management system consisting of a task committee,a decision-making committee,and an expert system to meet the needs of the public and to use the road management and wisdom management platform.The road transportation administration management makes scientific decisions;finally,through the empirical research on the intelligent management of the road transportation administration,combined with the key links of the construction of the intelligent management model,it proposes road management intelligence management support measures.The road management and wisdom management model enhances cross-departmental coordination of road transport capacity and decision-making efficiency,and promotes the healthy development of road transportation industry to standardization,high efficiency,and scientific development.The research in this paper is of great significance for enriching the road transportation management system and guiding the road transportation administrative department to improve the management service level.
