Research On Facilities Land Planning Of Towns And Villages In Cold Region

As the important part of construction land in towns and villages, facilities land is not only an important place for carrying villages’ living activities, but also the link of promoting urban-rural integration implement. With the improvement of the urbanization level, villages’ lifestyle and towns’ industrial structure has also undergone a corresponding change, which led facilities land planning of villages and towns facing new challenges. Compared to other region, cold region has regional differences in configuration types, spatial accessibility and development strength, due to the particularity of climate. In order to ensure the balanced development of production, living and ecology, the reasonable layout and configuration indicators of facilities land become a research focus.Currently, from the perspective of the individual facilities, research es on the theory and techniques of public facilities land planning have achieved significant results, but the basic research object is in urban scale, the village level is seldom used. In terms of production facilities, it’s not yet forming mature theoretical system or technical method. From the view of starting point, most of the aspects focused on existing materials, like space and land, lack of consideration of non-material conditions, including climate adaptation research from the perspective of the villages facilities land, especially the research conducted from the perspective of the special cold climate is still in its infancy. Therefore, under the background of the cold weather, village-level comprehensive research on facilities land planning can not only be complement to other existing research, it will also be a preliminary exploration in climate adaptation angles.In the context of cold climate, the author summarized the influencing factors of facilities land distribution and allocation by comparing towns and villages planning case studies and relevant norms, and also integrating with the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, supporting with field research, the author analysised facilities land planning based by using Excel and Epidata. Then summarized the problem and root causes of facilities land planning in towns and villages, in order to lay a solid foundation of the research on facilities land planning of towns and villages in cold regions.Finally, based on the analysis and summary of current situation and taking cold weather as the starting point, the author proposed facility site layout strategy in cold region by building "facilities circle system";then proposed facilities land configuration optimization strategy combined "eco-coordinated production and living" theory.
