Automobile is the product of modern industry.It is also the symbol of human industrial civilization.The development of the automobile industry promotes the overall economic development of a country.And the advanced nature of the automobile industry also reflects the strength and level of a country's science,technology and machinery manufacturing.In today's society,energy and environmental crisis seriously restrict the development and progress of human beings,and the rapid development of the new energy automotive industry has become an important balance product between our social development and energy as well as environment.The electric car is a kind of representative of new energy vehicles,which plays a new gesture that different from the traditional cars.It is able to maximize the implementation of the environmental benefits,and it will be an important part of future transportation and carrying.However,the electric car also faces many new problems,such as voltage security problems,endurance mileage,charge time,infrastructure construction,etc..These problems become the resistance factors restricting the development of electric vehicles,and also affect the popularity of electric cars.Among the problems,the endurance mileage is the core issue for the electric car and it is also the technical bottleneck for the electric vehicle popularization.Based on the above questions,this paper carries out the following research work:(1)Experiment is carried out on studying new type of power battery,mainly involving the graphene electrode materials preparation,modification and characterization and performance test.The analysis results show the graphene is an excellent battery material.It indicates that the graphene has the enormous potential for the pure electric vehicle power battery.(2)In order to optimize the battery management system control,the software simulation method is used to study the advanced battery management system.The optimal control of the structure simulation of the cooling system is proposed in the aspect of battery thermal control.Under the ideal conditions,the result shows that the Z structure sets more conducive to heat disturbance.The performance of the joint liquid cooling and heating cooling system is simulated and analyzed.The result indicates improved structure of the cooling system reduces the temperature to 291 K,which is impressive for a good thermal battery system.(3)Based on the literature review and battery experimental data analysis,this paper draws on the general idea of "open source throb" and proposes the new graphene battery as the power battery to realize the maximum power supply.Combined with energy recovery technology,intelligent system control and good operation habits,the energy saving and efficient transformation can be realized to the maximum extent.The specific plan for improving the endurance mileage of pure electric vehicle can be obtained with controlling both sides of energy supply and consumption.This paper provides reference for the development of transportation system with new energy vehicles.
