With the Implement of water resources regulation on river basin level,water regulation focus not only on multi-reservoir operation but coordination and scheduling of water between each water user as well.The researches of water resources regulation focus more on the combining optimal operation of multi-reservoir which commit to time series optimization with spatial distribution of water resources,which is a multi-dimensional decision problem of water resources regulation.The operation node for water supply systems,such as reservoirs and control sections,will also affect the steady state of the whole water supply system.At the present stage of practical water supply regulating system,the operation node not only include reservoirs but other related supply nodes as well,such as water supply nodes,water supply range or water supply section in interval.The water supply dispatching rules of water supply range and its optimality conditions is the theoretical basis for scientific decision-making of river water supply.Based on the comparison and analysis of the regulation results of the standard water supply policy and the research advance of the optimal expression of the two stage model,establish a two stage model based on special hedging of water supply ranges,which leads from the potential temporal relations between them in upstream and downstream.Further more,this essay stated the optimal condition analysis,which contribute to a theoretical and methodology foundation for formulating more scientific and rational regional water supply rules in practical.Papers focus on spatial hedging rules of water supply reaches in the water supply system,optimization of the parameters in this special hedging rules.Select the water supply reaches divided and cascaded by reservoirs and control sections as the research object,mainly carried out the following research contents:1.Based on the simulation of water supply regulation in the middle and lower reaches of the river basin,the periods of water deficit and the river segments which are short of water are analyzed.And through the comparative analysis of the simulation results of water regulation under the standard supply policy and the water demand reduction strategy,summarized the function of water demand reduction strategy based on proportional reduction in the water resources equitable regulation in basin level.2.Based on the risk hedging theory,the river water supply rules based on the spatial risk hedging are essentially small water shortage to avoid the water supply damage risk caused by the depth of water shortage in a certain river section.Based on the theory of space hedging,the general expressions and optimality conditions of the two stage conceptual model of the current water supply interval and the downstream water supply interval are put forward,and the concept model is further expanded in consideration of the influence of the lower reaches of the water supply.3.A general expression of the rule of water supply in reaches with water deficit damage depth based on the preference hedging starting condition is presented.The rule of water supply in this space includes two expecting optimized parameters,which is the starting hedge point and the terminating hedge point.The maximum damage depth of the reaches is also reflected in the regular form.Through the treatment of the rules,the influence of the changing water demand process on the rule form is avoided,and the number of decision variables expecting optimized is reduced greatly.On the basis of the long series simulation optimization,the optimized hedging and stopping points are obtained by the simulation-optimization model,and the reasonableness and rules of the optimized parameters are analyzed applicability.4.Taking the main stream of the middle and lower reaches of the Ganjiang River Basin as an example,the optimization extraction and application of water supply rules based on spatial hedging in the dry runoff series are carried out.To compare and analyze with the simulation results of water regulation with the standard strategy and the water demand reduction strategy,the results show that the water supply rules based on the spatial hedging can reduce the water supply system by reducing the water supply content of the current river section in the appropriate range by reducing the water supply of the current river section,and reducing the water supply system by increasing the frequency of water shortage in the lower reaches of the river section.The frequent occurrence of deep water shortage.Based on the idea of spatial hedging,a water supply decision method is proposed to coordinate water demand between upstream and downstream regions.It enriches the water supply regulation theory system of watershed level water resources system,and provides scientific methods and theoretical support for the practical application of water resources regulation management.
