Abstract/Summary:
BackgroundThe circulating wind ultraviolet air disinfector is widely used in all kinds of places of diagnosis and treatment.Scientific research has focused on monitoring the effects of air disinfection,but there is still a lack of sufficient research and attention on key parameters of circulating wind,such as the amount of air circulating and the intensity of instantaneous ultraviolet radiation exposure,not to mention secondary factors such as temperature,humidity,and people entering and leaving.There are also parameters such as ultraviolet radiation leakage and indoor ozone concentration that are related to the health of people in the sterile environment.PurposeThe two key parameters of circulating air volume and instantaneous ultraviolet illumination,and the secondary influencing factors such as temperature,humidity,and people’s entry and exit,are included in the normal monitoring scope,and each parameter is monitored and alerted.The two parameters of ultraviolet radiation leakage and indoor ozone concentration are interlocked and the disablement of the sterilizer is forced.MethodThe key problem of this research is the data transmission design and network management system debugging of the existing products,and solving each problem in the research process through the experimental-trial-experiment cycle.By studying the sensor configuration and system operation of a single machine,developing practical air disinfection system management software,and performing wireless network configuration of a single machine and working terminal,the internal group of the system must have parameter detection and alarm functions.ResultThe single instrument and system software can be achieved by solving the key links such as the selection of various sensors,the circuit interface,the measures to ensure the accuracy of each parameter measurement,the development of the air disinfection management system software of the networked version,the design of the WiFi interface,and the cost control of the single machine and system.Ultraviolet intensity in the machine is monitored in real time using ultraviolet brightness sensors.7 parameters are monitored for circulation air volume,ozone concentration,personnel entry and exit,temperature,humidity,and ultraviolet intensity leakage.The disinfection work data of each machine in each room is uploaded to the server in real time via the Internet using WiFi monitors.System management software provides three types of management interface: using the department for real-time viewing,abnormal alarm;Medical hospital infection and infection management department to each department of the disinfection analysis of each room of the monthly disinfection of the entire hospital departments to assess the situation,the normal disinfection of the room to carry out the reason analysis,timely find out the problem Conclusion The purpose of this study is to focus on how these parameters.Thedisinfection effect are scientifically and effectively monitoredin real time,how data transmission,storage,and analysis are performed,andhow acomplete data chain is formed.It is convenient to accurately evaluate the working processof each machine in each room of the medical institution,and find out the hidden danger ofnon-standard operation in a timely manner.It can ensure that the infected and infectedwork in medical hospitals does not have problems in air disinfection.
