Research And Practice Of Household Product Design Based On Ramie Fiber Complex

Plant fiber composites have gradually become a hot topic in the research of materials in the new era.Among many plant fibers,the ramie fiber,known as "Chinese grass",is particularly outstanding due to its excellent performance.Ramie fiber has become an important textile fiber for Chinese people since ancient times.However,the research on ramie fiber composites in China mainly focuses on its properties,and the lack of in-depth study on its application which leads to the deficiency in some application fields.Therefore,the research on ramie fiber composites can not only positively influence the industry and environmental protection,but also provide new ideas for the research and expand new application areas.This is also the innovation of this paper.This paper studies the characteristics of ramie fiber and its complex,and investigates the research status at home and abroad.With a typical application case analysis,describes the material,design,and process impact mechanisms and starts the design experiments.After getting the conclusion through many experiments of performance characteristics,production and various parts of the manufacturing process,then start specific design practices.The practice part not only analyzes the material presentation and design results,but also compares the design process.Find different applicable laws of different materials and technologies to provide a new research sample for the mass and scale production of ramie fiber materials.
