With the rapid development and gradual standardization of the construction of general aviation Flight Service Station(FSS),the keynote of future general aviation construction will mainly focus on the application system which take the construction of general aviation operators as the center.This system can not only seamlessly access to the navigation service security system with FSS as the server-side and obtain an "one-stop service" through the FSS application such as a wide range of flight plan reporting and related flight information integration,and can exercise the operation control functions of airlines,helping general aviation operators organize and implement the flight effectively,but also achieve the organic combination of operation control with e-commerce,promoting the sharing of resources,realizing multi information fusion,data mining,the automatic task decomposition,release and feedback,and the formation of resource and service series.This paper focuses on the basic theory research,key technologies surmounting and typical cases analysis of general aviation flight operation management and information sharing integration platform under the new form of "Internet plus" to achieve multi-level information sharing and application software(App).The research work of this paper has a positive effect on promoting the development of "Internet plus general aviation" in china.The main research work of this paper includes following aspects:1.By analyzing the characteristics of general aviation operation and combing the traditional flight operation control and information service technology,the paper put forward the "Internet plus general aviation " mode,and combine the flight operation control and e-commerce to realize the flight organization and implementation around the general aviation service ordering.2.Study the working structure of general aviation and specific method of the process of the general aviation flight organization and implementation,and analyze the general aviation operation process and information service,putting forward the architecture of general aviation operation management and information service system,designing system functions,definingbasic function module and roles of system users,designing the system network layout by using the 3-tier architecture model,studying the data structure of the system according to the system demand,and discussing the applying patterns according to the essence and the function characteristics of system.3.Complete the research on the following key technologies: Build a general aviation operation management and information service system platform,and provide information interaction and professional services of civil aviation through operation control web page and client software application(APP);route network path is picked up and optimized by using the method of graph theory to realize the automatic creation of system platform route plan;design transitional flight path from general aviation airport to low altitude little route by using A-Star Algorithm to achieve automatic obstacle avoidance and low altitude airspace conflict free routing,and carry out verification by MATLAB;put forward the calculation method of take-off fuel of general aviation flying,and realize the automatic calculation of the cost of aviation fuel and assistant decision.4.Set typical example to achieve the operation verification of the main function.
