Design And Load Test Analysis Of CFG Pile Composite Foudation

With the rapid development of urban construction,high-rise buildings emerges to reduce the floor area of urban buildings so as to relieve traffic pressure.Owing to the large load of high-rise building,the technologies of foundation treatment are facing new challenges with the requirement of bearing force and foundation settlement enhanced.Owing to its many advantages such as low cost,short-range cycle of construction,small pollution,broad suitable scope,etc.CFG pile composite foundation has gradually been favored by engineering construction works,developed rapidly in recent years,has alrealy became one of the most popular foundation treatment methods.This paper is based on a high-rise residential building in Huaibei city,mainly laid out analyse researches and engineering application from the following aspects:first of all,put forward four different foundation treatment plans based on actual engineering situation preliminarily,eventually chose CFG pile composite foundation as the final foundation treatment method after compared the four plans from the aspects of safety,economy,environment,protection,etc.Then carried out the CFG pile composite foundation design which made the bearing force and foundation settlement of the CFG pile composite foundation reached the allowable standards of the related codes.Secondly,carried out the design of foundation ditch dewatering,complete pressure well is adopted in the field and good precipitation effect is achieved after application.Next,carried out the constrution organization design of the CFG pile composite foundation,contain construction preparations,construction equipment,construction measures,construction technologies,security construction guarantee measures and so on.Then carried out vertical compressive static load test on single pile,load test on single pile of composite foundation,low-strain integrity test to verify the security and reliability of CFG pile composite foundation design,obtained lots of measrued data and analysed it carefully,the result show that the CFG pile composite foundation design is both secure and feasible.Finally,compared the theoretical design with the field test results of the CFG pile composite foundation,confirmed the feasibility of the code-based method for the prelinminary estimate of the bearing force for this project,also pointed out the shortcome of the composite modulus method to control the settlement of the composite foundation in the prelinminary design of this project,and put forward some constructive suggestions.This paper could provides some references for the design calculation,field construction and field test of similar CFG pile composite foundation in Huaibei area in the future.
