A hot and difficult problem in geotechnical engineering field is the foundation pitengineering, which relates to many fields of science. The building foundation projectquestion is complex and highly comprehensive,it also affects the engineering safetyand cost factors.Therefore, it has certain practical significance to the study of thistopic discussion.Dewatering and pit retaining play main role in foundation pit excavation. Beforethe foundation pit is gonging to be excavared, dewatering has to be done inevitably,especially when the groundwater level is very high in the aquiclude. By that, It cansupply safe and dry condition when the project is underway.This thesis discusses several methods of dewatering based on The fire poolZhengyang primary school of Changchun. Zhengyang primary school is located inluyuan of Changchun. According to project description and engineering geologicalcondition,pit construction scheme has been mainly designed. There are severalmethods of dewatering in pit excavation. Compared four of the methods and everymethod’s application condition, we choose the structure of soil nailing wall and thetube well precipitation method in the project. Bracing scheme is adopted by steelshotcrete and brace system. Every scheme considers how to protece environmentand constitute contingency plan. All of them guarantee that the project is underwaysmoothly.The earth nail supports and protection depth6.0m cross section, the earth naillength respectively are6m,6m,6m,5mfrom the top downward; Row spacing1.5m, therow is apart from1.3m, the angle15degrees, diameter130mm,earth nail steel bardiameter18mm earth nail surface layer80mm. Stable checking calculation after thedesign calculation, the hole excavated for building foundation supports andprotections system whole stable safety factor, the earth nail anti-pulls out the strengthsafety coefficient,anti-to slide the stable safety factor,anti-to lean shakes the stablesafety factor to satisfy requirements.Vacuum well point dewatering technology is currently more advanced and more reliable dewatering technology.If the underground water level constructionenvironment is relatively high, can choose the construction method of vacuum wellpoint dewatering. It is an important technical method to process common to theconstruction and excavation of earthwork of foundation and foundation engineering.It can effectively reduce the ground water level, reducing water content of foundationpit soil rate, improve soil physical and mechanical performance, improve the bearingcapacity of soil, improve the subgrade strength, at the same time to reduce thelateral displacement and the settlement of soil.This project for the diving complete well, along around hole excavated forbuilding foundation which excavates, to hole excavated for building foundation edge1.0m place, every other certain distance (generally is8m)establishes a tube well, thewell laying depth is13m, each tube well uses one to dive alone the water pump tocarry on the pump, the well point number is10. The precipitation water level depth is5.7m, satisfies the construction request. Supposes the drainage drain and a set of wellsin the hole excavated for building foundation, moreover, in hole excavated for the pittop concretes mask flank concrete facing outside drainage.This article makes the design proposal to obtain the complete success in theactual project.
