| GU lei is a new Petrochemical Industrial Zone approved by the State Council,also one of the seven national large-scale Petrochemical Industrial Zone.Sinopec,Sinopec of Taiwan,and many domestic and international large petrochemical enterprises will invest in this zone,every petrochemical plant put into production need steam heating and electric power.A thermal power plant in the Petrochemical Industrial Zone can provide stable steam and electricity for chemical enterprise,the property of steam that can't get from long distance transmission,it only can be supplied nearby;And according to the national energy policy,and an Industrial Zone only allowed to build one thermal power plant.So build a thermal power plant in GU lei Petrochemical Industrial Zone conform to national energy policy,environmental policy,and have high economic benefit.This article studied the domestic construction investment feasibility of conventional thermal power plant from the perspective by investors.This research combined with GU lei's industry planning and various aspects situation of this project and some necessary data of electric industry.Using the project feasibility study,investment project financial evaluation index analysis,SWOT analysis,risk analysis theory and etc.to evaluate the investment project plan.By reference to relevant literature,information,statistics,introduction the background&future of the Industrial Zone,analyzed the present steam and electricity situation,bring up the objective orientation and construction plan.Through project investment\income\cost\capital situation analysis,sensitivity analysis to make investment feasibility evaluation.Summarized the investment analysis,reveals the main risks and countermeasures,also put forward all the investment opinions and Suggestions.Because this project have a strong influence to the operation stability of GU lei Petrochemical Industrial Zone,our investment project feasibility study can be used for other similar project investment decisions. |
