Financial Feasibility Study Of The Logistics Park Project Of Beibu Gulf International Port Group

In recent years,China's economic development has been very rapid,many new industries have emerged,logistics industry is one of them.As enterprises now pay more and more attention to core competitiveness,part of the business of enterprises should be strategically outsourced,the logistics industry has been developing and maturing in the practice of outsourcing business.The traditional logistics industry only has the basic goods transport function,but the modern logistics industry has developed many value-added services on the basis of the traditional logistics industry,such as logistics scheme design and product reprocessing.Some foreign developed countries have already realized logistics modernization,but China's logistics industry formed relatively late,there still have a great potential for development.In recent years,our country has vigorously developed the logistics industry,issued a series of policies to support the logistics industry,China's logistics industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Under the background of rapid capital expansion and rapid expansion of enterprise scale,a large number of logistics warehouses have been built.How to reduce the cost of warehouse construction and improve the efficiency of enterprises is a pivotal link that warehouse logistics companies must consider before investing in the construction of logistics warehouses.This article selects the beibu gulf port group logistics international company(hereinafter referred to as the north port logistics company)for the case study company,and select the company planning the construction of logistics park project as a case study object,through collecting the logistics park for the constriuction of phase I and phase ii of the income and spending data,and financial net present value method and real options method analysis to find out whether the project has the investment,the construction after the completion of the annual income return how much is the conclusion,such as whether considering investment in the project for the enterprise to provide some data to support,and help the project how to avoid risks and allocation of resources to provide some help.
