With the rapid development of China economy,building a climax,mass concrete has been widely used in various types of construction,occupies an important position in modern engineering construction.In our country every year in water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering in the pouring of mass concrete in the more than ten million parties.In addition,port structures,heavy machine foundation,foundation,nuclear power plant in some base of high-rise building is usually adopted in large volume concrete construction.In this paper,the large volume concrete application in thermal power plant in the turbine base chassis temperature control are discussed and research.Actual engineering data base for the steamship concrete floor with its own characteristics?Select Economy?Reasonable?Practical implementation of targeted measures,And in the construction process by thermometer for monitoring the temperature of the concrete,Develop and analyze data to adjust for temperature control measures,satisfactory solution to the workers of mass concrete construction cracks control problems,The main research work is as follows:(1)On the basis of existing achievements,the mechanical properties of the mass concrete is studied,mainly analyzes the temperature deformation on the influence of the mass concrete temperature and law;For mass concrete structure the early,middle and late temperature stress of the main influence factors in the structure design,foundation treatment,expansion reinforcing band,post-cast strip,architecture design,and the choice of materials,concrete mix proportion,construction methods were analyzed,and put forward the main factors that influence the temperature crack of mass concrete and commonly used measures of temperature cracks.(2)The construction scheme of the mass concrete project with quality of mass concrete temperature control and construction requirements,on the basis of the mass concrete project example construction plan,set the temperature control measures during casting and curing,concrete temperature control of mass concrete quality,put forward the temperature control instrument and test method,using concrete surface temperature,reduce temperature difference on the surface of the concete and to control the crack of concrete,the method of determine two kinds of schemes are studied,and the temperature is calculated and compared.(3)Based on the internal and surface temperature of concrete theory calculation,and the results of the analysis;Summarizes the methods and characteristics of mass concrete temperature monitoring,with practical and feasible monitoring method to monitor the internal temperature of concrete development of monitoring data is analyzed,combining with the temperature curve and regulations limit the contrast,combined with the temperature crack control measures,put forward the feasible construction plan to guide the construction.In short,the theoretical results with the experimental results agree well with the text of,the conclusions for the rational design and construction of large concrete structures provides theoretical support,has some theoretical significance and value.
