With the development of the high building in China, we have made repid progress in architectual design & construct technology. But many new technical problems appear at the same time, which require us to resolve. The crack due to temperature in large volume of concrete is one of them.It has beem proved in many projects that the cracks often appear in concrete structure, such as dyke or commercial building in China or abroad. This caused a great loss in many similar projects, so we are eager to find how it develops and how to prevent this phenomenon.Based on the predecessor's research, we focus on the concrete of large volume at basement inside high building. Firstly, we have developed a software called 3D-EFP, which have good practice in temperature predicting, Secondly, we have aslo managed to get a whole set of scientific & advanced technology to monitor the temperature inside the concrete. We have basically grasped the principle of temperature changing inside the concrete and got simplified fomula for engineer to apply during project period. Additionally, we also give suggestion or advice to rectify the existing standard of temperature control inside concrete for reference...
