According to the 2017 annual report of the National Bureau of Statistics,China's population aged over 60 has reached 240 million,accounting for 17.3% of the total population.By 2035,the population aged over 60 will reach 400 million.In the face of a large number of elderly people,China's current imbalances in supply and demand in pensions are not adequately balanced.In recent years,the government has continued to introduce policies to actively promote the marketization of pension services,encourage families to support self-support pensions to support the transformation of the elderly,and make up for the lack of family pension.As a member of the pension market,elderly apartments have been greatly developed in recent years.At present,old age groups are about to enter the 50 s and 60 s.They have experienced college entrance examination and reform and opening up,and their economic ability and education level have greatly improved.Some elderly empty-nesters and old people who pursue a high quality of life have chosen to stay with healthy old people.Old apartment.Older apartments provide elderly care services,culture and entertainment,life care and other old-age services and home-based independent living environment,which can meet the individualized and diversified material and cultural needs of the elderly.However,at the same time,as the age of older healthy people increases,the function of the body in all aspects will irreversibly decline,and the needs of the elderly will change frequently.Therefore,let the living space adapt to the different physical conditions of the elderly,the needs of different ages of the elderly,the maximum possible delay in the elderly to stay in nursing homes,is the key to the design of elderly apartments.In this paper,the author analyzes the development of the apartment for the aged under the background of the aggravation of the aging,and summarizes the main problems existing in the apartment for the aged in our country,that is,the plane organization mode "institutionalization",the lack of the public communication space in the standard layer.The old manundefineds room is not flexible enough.Then,the author investigates the old apartment in China,combs the characteristics of the old manundefineds age,occupation,family composition and behavior style,and classifies the pattern of residential space layout.This paper summarizes the difference of space allocation and use demand between the old age apartment and nursing home,and then obtains the dynamic living needs of self-care,referral aid and nursing care for the elderly.The functional allocation of the apartment for the elderly is closely related to the population composition,living habits,economic conditions and other factors of the family.The different living needs of the elderly require different functional spaces to meet the needs.At the same time,this demand changes with time,such as the number of family population,physical conditions,so the elderly apartment should have some room for development to adapt to the dynamic needs of different old people from health to care.Based on the problems of living room,public activity space and plane organization pattern,the method of adaptive building design of old apartment is given.In view of the lack of flexibility of the elderly room,the paper puts forward the dynamic adjustment of the layout and attributes of each functional space,which includes two parts: one is the adjustment within the suite,that is,through the conversion of the attributes of each functional space,The setting of elastic space and the adjustment of furniture realize the change of inside space.The other is the combination of the nested type,that is,the size of the sleeve is changed by the design of separable and interchangeable space type.Then,the main points of the design of public activity space in different positions of the old apartment are studied by the strategy of functional compounding and family.At the same time,the problem of "institutionalization" of plane organization mode is discussed.Finally,the author applied the design essentials to the practical design project of the old apartment,and demonstrated the design strategy.This paper hopes that through the research on the space adaptability design of the elderly apartment,it can meet the dynamic changes of the living needs of the present self-care elderly in the next 20-30 years,so that the elderly can enjoy professional medical services,comfortable living at home,rich and colorful communication activities.Feel at ease and live happily in your old age.
