Steel spiral staircase has been widely used in structural engineering due to its novel shape and beautiful spatial effect.However,there are not many researches on its theoretical analysis and design methods,and there is no definite design regulations in the relevant specifications.In this paper,a special study is carried out on the complicated calculation problems of the irregular shape of the spiral staircase and the unclear transmission of the steel spiral staircase.The main contents are as follows:1.Structural selection analysis: Based on the study of stiffness,the frequency and mode characteristics of steel spiral staircases are studied through modal analysis methods.The influences of parameters such as the way of setting the rod and the section of the ladder on the stiffness of the structure are discussed,and the structure of the staircase is determined.Reasonable composition and arrangement.2.Structural ultimate bearing analysis: Through the ultimate bearing analysis of the steel spiral staircase under different load conditions,the ultimate bearing capacity,plastic development and deformation of the structure are studied,and the structural weak links and the maximum bearing capacity are determined to improve the structure.Design provides theoretical support.3.Structural elastoplastic time history analysis: Through the elasto-plastic time history analysis of steel spiral staircases under different dimensional seismic waves,the seismic response characteristics of the structures are studied,and the displacement time history curves,stress distributions,and earthquakes are obtained.The weak links that may exist under the effect provide the basis for evaluating the earthquake resistance of the structure.4.Evaluation of structural comfort: By using the Fourier series model to describe the characteristics of walking force,human-induced vibration is simplified as forced resonance,the applied pedestrian load model is determined and its vibration analysis is performed,and different loads are obtained.The dynamic response of the stairs andthe analysis of the comfort of the stairs according to the specifications of each country provide a reference for the evaluation of comfort.
