Abstract/Summary:
Building energy efficiency is an important strategy for energy conservation in China.Industrial development is the foundation of national economic development.The development of industrial buildings directly affects the urban environment and building energy efficiency.With the rapid development of the economy,the energy consumption of industrial buildings is becoming more and more important.However,compared to the civil buildings,the energy saving technology of industrial buildings is lagging behind.In the design and construction of industrial buildings,the demand for energy saving and indoor comfort is seldom considered.In the cold area,the energy consumption of the enclosure structure is great,so it is of great significance to discuss the energy saving technology of the new enclosure structure suitable for the industrial plant in the cold area.Based on the concept of energy conservation in industrial buildings at home and abroad,the article takes Harbin as a representative city in cold regions to conduct research.Based on the investigation and data collection of the enclosure structure of industrial buildings in Harbin,the energy consumption situation and existing problems of the enclosure structures of industrial buildings in this area are summarized.This paper discusses the shortcomings of the design of the enclosure structure of industrial factory buildings in the cold area and the thermal defects in the traditional industrial buildings,and puts forward the necessity for the promotion of the new industrial building enclosure system.The EPS module system industrial building enclosure technology is the innovation and development of the traditional color steel sandwich panel industrial building technology in China.It can provide technical support for the construction of energy-saving industrial factory buildings and play a demonstration role.Based on the relevant standards and standards issued by the country,the EPS module system is deeply studied,and the different specifications,performance characteristics,construction methods and construction points of the EPS modulesystem are summarized.According to the difference of the thickness of EPS module,9 kinds of different types of industrial factory building enclosure structure are arranged.With the aid of Design Builder simulation software,the cold and heat load simulation of the industrial workshop under the combination of each enclosure structure is simulated.The industrial workshop of the EPS module system is obtained through the analysis of the comparison with the ordinary industrial workshop.The range of energy saving contribution rate.The technical and economic evaluation of different modules of EPS module is carried out,and each combination is regarded as a product,which has its application function and cost.By calculating the application index and cost index of each combination scheme and using the economic analysis method,the optimal combination mode of the EPS module system applied to the enclosure structure of the industrial factory building in the cold region is obtained,and the energy saving effect is analyzed.Through the application of EPS module system in the actual case of industrial factory building in severe cold area,the energy saving effect is verified,the factory building under this system and the traditional enclosure structure industrial plant are compared,and the cost recovery period is calculated to analyze the economic advantages of the enclosure structure system.
