Research On Street Space Design Strategy Of Urban Complex

With the intensification of urbanization,the urban complex has been developing rapidly.As the space carrier of the new age business activities,the urban complex provides consumers with the commercial space of consumption and enjoyment,at the same time,it becomes the landmark of the city with its high functional compound and unique space design.With the rapid development of the national economy,people's living standards have been greatly improved,the public consumption concept,consumption psychology and consumption patterns have changed greatly.People's attitude to life is no longer a simple material demand,and began to rise to the level of spiritual enjoyment.In the urban complex building,the street space dominated by walking is no longer a transitional space for the traffic connection.The street space has the integration and definition of various commercial forms,leading the consumption behavior,simultaneously integrating the urban function,continuing and creating the urban public space,and radiating the vitality of the urban space.Therefore,the urban complex composite space street and alleys have rich connotation and broad extension,and their design is not only staying on the architectural level,but also a kind of city consciousness to some extent.In the introduction part,the background of the topic,the content,the method,the purpose and the significance of the research are expounded,and the framework of the paper is listed in the light of the literature review at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly defines the concept of urban complex and the related concepts of street and lane space,and discusses its characteristics,types and corresponding theoretical basis in combination with its development and evolution.The third chapter,based on the survey of urban complex street and lane space,analyzes the function layout,traffic organization and space environment of street and lane space,analyzes and summarizes the relationship between street space and urban complex,and demonstrates the feasibility of street and lane design of complex space in urban complex.Through the explanation of the former concept,the current situation investigation and the case analysis,we have a deep understanding of the street lane in the complex space of the urban complex street.The fourth chapter,as the core of the thesis,mainly studies the design strategy of urban complex street space,from the perspective of economic beauty,functional design,urbanized design,humanized design,thematic design,holistic design and sustainable development design,toanalyze the beautiful classics of urban complex street space design.Economic,functional integration,spatial integration,communication experience,context inheritance,overall coordination and green ecology are the 7 major design strategies.At the same time,combined with the application of the fifth chapter of the thesis,the design strategy of the street space of the urban complex will be summed up and applied to the project of Changde Caixin Plaza,which is involved in the design.The conclusion part starts with the present situation of street space in urban complex,and discusses its development trend.Based on the research results of the thesis,taking the framework of the thesis as the train of thought,and taking the design strategy and its innovation as the content,the paper summarizes the whole article.Due to the length of the article and the limitations of the survey data,the article concludes that the design strategy of street space still needs a lot of data and practice to demonstrate.In the end,we put forward the prospect of the urban complex street space design.I hope that the research results of my thesis can play a great role in the design and study of the street space in the follow-up city complex.
