In recent years,more and more highways and tunnels have been put into use.However,there are many problems in the existing tunnel lighting system.The control method is too simple,just to increase the brightness of the tunnel lighting or to close a certain lighting circuit.This creates a huge waste of energy and causes glare.Its management means to a single,low level of information.No centralized management of a large number of tunnels,no real-time monitoring of the working state of the lighting equipment in the tunnels.Based on the problems existing in our country's tunnels,this paper designs Intelligent tunnel illumination control system by using Fieldbus and wireless communication technology for the purpose of intelligence,energy saving and real-time monitoring.Firstly,the whole frame and function of intelligent tunnel illumination system are designed.Various parts of the system frame are classified and the three-layer network architecture of intelligent tunnel illumination system is studied.The communication mode of tunnel illumination system is analyzed.For the current use of wire dimming wiring complex,increase the amount of construction and other issues,the LED lighting control mode proposed the use of ZigBee wireless network communication methods.Secondly,the hardware module of ZigBee Wireless coordinator,wireless router and wireless terminal Controller is designed based on CC2530 chip.The wireless coordinator has RS-485 serial communication function,can realize communicates with the field controller.Wireless router and wireless terminal controller with analog dimming module,relay switch module and fault detection module.The whole hardware platform can realize the 0-100%brightness stepless dimming,switch control and fault detection and location function of the illumination equipment,and effectively guarantee the requirement of the tunnel illumination system.Then,based on the application layer of Zstack,the development and design of wireless coordinator,wireless router and wireless terminal controller are completed.This paper analyzes the serial communication and wireless communication mode.From the software level,the lighting control,the opening control and the fault detection and location function are realized.Tunnel illumination is affected by such factors as brightness,vehicle speed and flow volume,these factors are difficult to predict,difficult to quantify,randomness is big,it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model for dimming control.In the end,fuzzy algorithm is used to establish the fuzzy algorithm model of the output of the hole brightness,vehicle speed and traffic flow as input,and the ratio of hole to light.The model can adaptively adjust the brightness of the hole according to the change of the environment parameter,and the illumination cost of the tunnel is reduced greatly under the precondition of lighting standard.The design of ZigBee wireless lighting system has been successfully operated in Hunan province Yi Lou high-speed tunnels.The tunnel illumination effect verifies the correctness of the design and the effectiveness of the system.The Intelligent tunnel illumination control algorithm proposed is simulated and validated.The simulation result verifies the effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy control algorithm and is expected to be applied in the illumination control of the tunnel reinforcement section.
