The Design Of Intelligent LED Tunnel Lighting System Based On Zigbee

Tunnel construction has a significant impact on improving the present situation of road trafficand achieving stable and rapid development of economic construction. As a key technology oftunnel construction, the intelligent lighting control system has been triggering raising attention.The increasing traffic accidents and high-cost lighting requires a safety, stability andenergy efficient tunnel intelligent lighting control system.According to the above design requirements, this paper designed a intelligent LED tunnellightning control system based on Zigbee. It can adjust the lighting dynamically according to thebrightness out of the tunnel, traffic flow and speed by FNN. This lighting control system ensuresthe safety and stability as well as saves the cost of tunnel lighting.Firstly, it summarized the present research situation of tunnel lighting control system in thispaper. With the comparison of different solutions, FFN control algorithm and overall systemsolution has been determined.According to the functional requirements of system, it completed the design of hardwarecircuit by using power electronic technology. The hardware circuit was based on CC2530of TIcompany. It designed LED lamp module, sensor module and coordinator module.The design of modular software structure was used in this system software. It completed theapplication development of LED lamp module, sensor module and coordinator module in OSALlayer based on Zstack protocol stack. At the same time, it researched the software protocol ofZigbee network, ensured the stability of communications.C#and SQL Server database was adopted in the development of monitoring center software.It has the functions of user management, control management, monitoring management anddatabase management and so on. It can check the working station of control system and alarmwhen the system broke down.Finally，the paper is summarized and prospected.
