| With the development of technology,the interactive situation of special vehicle is becoming more and more complex and the operating requirements are also getting higher and higher.So the interaction methods,such as physical buttons and direct touch,have been difficult to meet the needs of special vehicle at usability and user experience.Compared with the general automobile,the interaction situatio n of special vehicles is more complicated and harsher.At this time,the advantages of natural interaction methods such as gesture control are providing more possibilities for human-machine interaction of special vehicles.And the natural inte raction methods have gradually become the focus of special vehicle interaction design.The effective interaction mode design can reduce the distractions and cognitive load during the driving process and improve the driving experience to a certain extent.Therefore,how to improve the user experience of special vehicle through effective design is important in the face of harsh environment and heavy task.In this paper,the main objects are gesture and direct touch interactions.Based on the cognition and interactive process of drivers,the human-machine interaction experience of special vehicles is studied.The interaction design model is built to provide reference for the design practice through the experimental research,which is aimed to design an effective interactive mode in order to create a good driving experience while completing the task efficiently.The paper includes four parts: theory research,interactive experience experiment of special vehicles,interactive design strategy construction and design practice.Firstly,the interactive characteristics of special vehicles were analyzed from the perspective of user cognition and driving behavior.The interactive modes of direct touch,voice and gesture were analyzed and it was determined that the research objects of the paper were the direct touch and gesture interaction mode.Combining the cognitive factors of automobiles and the interactive characteristics of special vehicle,this paper analyzed the cognitive factors of special vehicles and a research framework for human-machine interaction design of special vehicles was proposed.Then,based on the cognitive factors of special vehicles,the evaluation index es of interactive experience of special vehicles were determined and the experiment research was conducted by qualitative and quantitative methods.The experimental data and interview results were analyzed to extract the influencing factors of the human-machine interaction experience of special vehicles.Subsequently,according to the experimental results,the human-machine interaction experience design model for special vehicles was constructed and the principles of human-machine interaction design for special vehicles were also proposed.Finally,a laboratory project of the interaction design for special vehicles was designed,which verified the feasibility of the human-machine interaction design model and design principles.In this paper,theoretical and experimental studies are used to define the factors that affect the experience of special vehicles with different modes of interaction and a human-machine interaction design strategy for special vehicles based on user cognition is established to provide design guidance for the interact ion design of special vehicles,which is aimed to create a more natural and efficient interactive mode and improve user experience. |
