Research On Interaction Design Of Intelligent TV Interface For Elderly Group

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,a variety of smart products have emerged.Smart TV is one of the products under the trend of intelligence.However,most of the smart TVs on the market are designed with young people as the object of neglecting the elderly group.The elderly population not only has a large base,but also has a rapid growth.Faced with the rapid development of smart TV and the trend of aging,designers gradually pay attention to the design and research of smart TV interface for the elderly.In response to this topic,the design of the elderly intelligent TV interactive interface will be studied,and the intelligent TV interactive interface for the elderly will be designed through practice.This topic adopts the user-centered interaction design method,selects 60-75-year-old smart TV users as the research object,aims at deepening the core needs of elderly users and optimizing the intelligent TV interactive interface.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,it summarizes the concepts of interaction,cognitive psychology,KNAO model and interaction design method,and analyzes the cognitive characteristics of the elderly and the existing intelligent TV interface design features,which provides strong support for the subsequent design principles and strategies..Secondly,through data collection,questionnaires,in-depth interviews and other methods to analyze the characteristics of elderly users,collect the needs and pain points of elderly users using smart TV,and then quantitatively study the needs of elderly users through the Kano model,transforming the needs of elderly users.For the design elements,based on the preliminary research,the design strategies and principles of the elderly intelligent TV interactive interface are proposed.Finally,based on the proposed design principle of the elderly intelligent TV interactive interface,the specific design of the interactive interface and the remote control is carried out in the practical design stage,and the design and evaluation of the design scheme are used to verify the rationality of the design principles and strategies.This paper users 63 picture,13 tables and 52 references.
