With the continuous expansion of urban space,urban agglomerations are gradually forming,and a single traditional urban distribution model cannot meet the increasing demand for logistics.At present,the intercity railway network in many cities has begun to take shape,with a certain range of service capabilities and services,which can achieve coverage of major residential areas and commercial circles,and provide the necessary conditions for the development of intercity railway distribution.To cope with increasing logistics demand,strengthen resource integration,make full use of idle railway resources,use the city's existing railway network for distribution,explore the feasibility of using city-to-city railway stations for urban distribution,reduce urban distribution costs,and improve distribution efficiency.It is of great significance to ease traffic pressure.With the constant upgrading of the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei integration and modern consumption patterns,the demand for logistics distribution in Beijing has been increasing.The common distribution has become the first choice for the modern city distribution model.At the same time,with the relocation of large logistics centers in Beijing,it will inevitably impose higher requirements on urban distribution in Beijing,and a single distribution model will not be able to meet the increasing demand.Exploring the new distribution model has become a hot topic for current research.In addition,Beijing's existing railway inner ring has no bulk cargo transport function,and some logistics bases such as Mafang do propose the objective demand of using the existing railway resources for urban distribution.Therefore,research on the use of Beijing urban railway stations for distribution has certain advancement.The purpose of this paper is to use the existing railway idle resources in Beijing,strengthen resource integration,explore the new model of urban distribution jointly developed by the public railway,explore the feasibility of railway distribution,determine a reasonable distribution area for distribution,reduce the cost of urban distribution,and improve distribution efficiency,relieve the traffic pressure in Beijing.This paper simulates the distribution of logistics demand in Beijing with the distribution of express delivery in Beijing,the distribution of living quarters,and the distribution of living supermarkets,and clusters the logistics needs using kmeans clustering to determine the cluster center position and demand(equivalent data);Considering the capacity constraints of railway stations,this paper analyzes the regional distribution method of distribution in Beijing;then,it fully considers the distribution requirements,introduces the actual road network constraints and site capacity constraints,and aims to minimize the distribution costs,and establishes the constraints of site capacity.Urban district distribution planning model for railway stations,and a genetic algorithm is designed to divide the distribution area,that is,to distribute the distribution tasks;after the area is divided,vehicle allocation is performed for each site,the specific distribution task of the vehicle is determined,and mixed integer programming is used to solve the problem.The best driving route;Finally,take 7 railway stations in Beijing as the research object,carry out example analysis,and verify the validity of the model.On the basis of considering sites distribution capacity dynamic planning,through the adjustment of site distribution capacity parameter settings,the statistical analysis was conducted from the four dimensions of average distribution cost,site load rate,number of distribution vehicles,and distribution route optimization results,in order to provide multi-dimensional reference indicators for the scale planning of railway stations for the highway-railway combined distribution.The plan provides multi-dimensional reference indicators to achieve a balance between site service capabilities and demand levels,and provides a reference for coordinated delivery of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.
