The pump undertakes the important task of conveying medium in industrial production,and its own performance and reliability are related to the efficiency and safety of industrial production.As an index of pump rotor,static deflection is often used as an important parameter of factory inspection.Therefore,how to accurately detect the static deflection of many types of rotor is of great significance.Radial runout is often used to detect the roundness of a circular axis.The mechanical circle runout and the electrical circle runout are the dynamic performance parameters of the rotor,which reflects the shape of the rotor and can also be used to determine the working state of the pump.Therefore,the pump rotor radial runout testing is also very important.According to the structural characteristics of the pump rotor and the requirement of measuring precision,and the feasibility of the practical application of the factory environment,a whole set of schemes which can detect the static deflection and radial runout of the rotor are designed.Meanwhile system hardware and upper monitor are designd.In the hardware construction,the analog output of the eddy current sensor is converted by A/D,and the data is transmitted to PLC through rs-485 communication.The output pulse signal of angle encoder is converted into angle information by PLC operation.PLC uploads data through Ethernet and can share data with host computer through its special OPC software.Through the special data receiving software,the wireless meter can transmit the data to the host computer interface by the way of "virtual junction box".The upper computer interface is designed with the graphical user interface of Matlab.The interface design of pump rotor static deflection detection system and radial runout detection system is designed.The functions of data display,storage,operation analysis and report printing are integrated.In the treatment of torsion curve of pump rotor,the data processing results of direct substitution method,spline fitting and polynomial fitting are compared by ANSYS.The accuracy and rationality of spline fitting and polynomial fitting are compared through the theoretical formula of simply supported beam.The results show that the polynomial fitting method based on least square method is more suitable for the characteristics of pump rotor and it is the best scheme for regression deflection curve.The deflection test was carried out in the laboratory.The PVC plastic pipe was used as the rotor,and the different center of gravity was simulated by applying the weight.It is proved that torsion curve fitting is the best scheme,and it is feasible in practice.It is also proved by experiment that adding extension rod will not affect the accuracy and stability of reading data.
