Since the 18th People's Congress,the new normal characteristics of China's economy more obvious,the housing industry has entered a period of marketization and commercialization.As the traditional real estate industry with the enterprise's mission to the ecological real estate changes,so that the future of the real estate industry towards the direction of green ecological development.China's five major development concept established in the green concept of development,we must face the ecological and environmental problems,and take effective measures to maintain energy and resource security,to achieve the construction industry's energy saving.With the growth of the economy,the demand for consumers has also changed,changing the pursuit of traditional homes,more urgent needs and personal living experience and its relevance,that is,green residential.So I also as a member of the consumer,for this theme had an interest,as the topic of the paper.This study is based on the green ecological housing market demand,in the people's awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development of the concept of deep-seated situation of green housing homeopathy,has been widely concerned and developed faster and faster.Green residential is the best practice of environmental protection and resource conservation,and is the best way to carry out the concept of sustainable development.First of all,it summarizes the proposition and significance of the problem and the research content.The research is carried out by normative research,quantitative analysis and case analysis.Finishing the relevant information after combing the predecessors for the green real estate and green housing connotation defined.Through the Howard-Xie Si model,EKB mode and Schiffman model to elaborate on consumer behavior theory.The two models which are mainly used in this study are gray prediction model and multiple regression model respectively,and the analysis method of green residential demand is explored.It shows the research status of green residential demand both at home and abroad,and has reference value for China's future development trend.And then to the status of green housing as a basis,respectively,analysis of economic factors and non-economic factors reflected Green residential demand in several major factors,through the gray system theory of gray correlation analysis method to arrange the impact of the relationship between the order of the factors,clearly and directly show the degree of impact.The basic theory of gray system theory and multiple linear regression method is clarified,and the application system of the above basic theory and model analysis method is supplemented and developed.The forecasting methods and models of the market are summarized and the development trend is estimated and forecasted 2016-2018 Of China's residential demand area,the development of green residential summary analysis.Finally,market research to understand the needs of major consumer groups and green housing.This paper summarizes the ecological concept management and ecological technology of Yushui residential and Yuqinfu project,which is based on the brief introduction and elaboration of the project and the ecological concept through the theory and practice.For the future to further promote the development of green housing needs to provide a favorable guide.Summarize the conclusions of this study,put forward the main suggestions and research in the study of the shortcomings,possible theoretical innovation.
