Study On Influencing Factors Of Energy Consumption And Energy Consumption Forecast For Green Real Estate Nord (ZTND) Project

The development of green real estate in the country presents a rising trend.The key factors that affect the energy consumption of green building and the establishment of accurate prediction model are helpful to provide the basis for the development of green projects.The Nord railway project as the research object,based on reading a lot of related design and forecasting model of energy consumption on the literature in the research on the influence factors of energy consumption,explore the factors of Inner Mongolia real estate annual energy consumption are green ordinary owners of energy consumption burden level and demographic factors,energy consumption,building owners of common characteristics,Nord small household electrical appliances and the scale and the use of ordinary owners energy consumption concept for six years in high energy consumption influence factor;and,on the basis of the existing models,the new Home Furnishing heart rational comfort and Home Furnishing physiological comfort two intermediate variables,established a new theoretical model of the energy consumption of green area.In the prediction model,the energy consumption of ordinary owners burden level and energy consumption,building owners of common features of Nord,small home appliance scale and the use way and ordinary owners energy consumption idea of five variables,the owners of the owners psychological comfort and physiological comfort of the two indirect variables and high energy consumption due to the phenomenon of building the relationship between the number of variables for further calculation,and therefore the establishment of green real estate in Nord(ZTND)project energy consumption factor prediction model,and through the iron Nord cell 2008-2016 energy consumption in actual data to verify the reliability of the forecasting model.The research results of this paper can help to make up the theoretical gap of the factors affecting the energy consumption of green high-grade buildings in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and help to analyze the energy consumption problems of green buildings comprehensively and systematically.And with the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to implement since eighteen to strengthen the concrete policy requirements of ecological civilization construction,this paper makes a deep research on the green high-grade residential energy consumption and energy saving measures,enrich the local green high-grade residential energy consumption influence factors research practice content.
