The horizontal flow pump is an important part of the analytical instrument.It is often used in the design to require constant pressure,constant speed or high pressure to deliver steady flow or small flow of liquid.Therefore,it is widely used in petroleum development experiment,pesticide,food,feed,chemical catalysis reaction,fuel and other industrial fields.Although the technology is very good in all aspects,it is not cheap.The purpose of our research is to improve the performance of the horizontal flow pump and to reduce the cost,so that the horizontal flow pump can work in constant current control or constant pressure control.Therefore,this paper develops a flat flow pump measurement and control system.The core chip used in this paper is the single chip microcomputer of the STM32 series developed by ARM,which is widely used now.With a well-stability control system,Excellent electrical and electronic technology,and better motor drive solutions,it will implement the perfect method of accurately modulated the liquid output of the pump,so that the liquid of the flat flow pump can be output in the way we designed.At the beginning of this paper,the paper introduces the research background,application status and significance of the flat flow pump.Then,the main research contents and the structure of the thesis are introduced.In the main body,there is the hardware part of the parallel pump control system and the software part of the peace flow pump control system,the most important,the algorithm that is used in the constant flow,the constant pressure control,describes the software structure of the superior machine.First,the first block: the main contents of the hardware are the structure of the measurement and control system of the flat flow pump,the device selection of the measurement and control system,the introduction of the main core chip STM32,and the construction of the hardware circuit(The design of stepper motor drive and control circuit is emphasized).After introducing the design of the hardware part,the two working modes of the parallel flow pump measurement and control system(Constant pressure control and constant current control)are introduced in detail.In the constant pressure control mode,the system adopts the closed system with feedback loop(measured for stress).Through the PID algorithm,the pressure feedback signal is given to regulate the pressure.In the constant current control mode,the system adopts the feed-forward link because the controlled amount is the flow value and the flow is not easy to control.The flow of liquid is regulated by compensating for the pressure value of the liquid flow.Then the software part of the measurement and control system is introduced,and the software part is written in a modular way.Finally,the introduction of the man-machine interface of the upper computer is mainly convenient for the experimenter to observe real-time pressure and flow data at any time,so that we can analyze and monitor the performance of the horizontal flow pump.At the end of the paper,we will design the parallel flow pump measurement and control system and the mechanical transmission mechanism of the horizontal flow pump.The experimental results show that the system has constant voltage output or constant current output.
